Brainviz: Web-Based Data-Driven Clinical Decision Support

The diagnosis of mood disorders in clinical settings is a difficult task, requiring thorough consideration and review of evidence. Machine learning methods have recently joined the arsenal of tools clinicians can use for diagnosis, assessing the efficacy of medication, or critical other critical insights necessary for treatment of mental disorders. Although machine learning allows clinicians to easily leverage information from large repositories of data, requirements of significant background knowledge of the models in use can limit utility in clinical contexts. We present BrainViz, a modern, web-based machine learning platform built to help clinicians easily assess and anticipate patient response to pharmacotherapy.
